I'm thinking this play was about dinosaurs because it looks like the purple character is a dinosaurs with a green belly. I'm also noticing that in the back round it looks like a orange dinosaurs with green spikes at a lake. There is also what looks like some sort of gingerbread men, int he backround, behind the girl wearing black. Do you see that? Maybe the play was about a land were dinosaurs and live in harmony. I read a book called Dinotopia in which dinosaurs and people live in harmony. If that in the case in the play, then what is the gingerbread man doing there?
