My electricity fair project is an electric knock hockey table with a digital score board.
Some thing I am curious about is how I am going to have the scoreboard change the number of the score every time you get a point. Specifically I’m wondering about the switches and circuits. The main point of my project is to show the electricity of the score board connect to the game. I’m curious about this because I want to show that electricity can be used in a lot of things such as games and fun activities. Some thing I have learned about electricity that might be useful while developing my project is batteries and switches and how to put up electricity in devices. One way I will show what I’ve learned in a fun and educational way is when constructing my table for the knock hockey game I will build a foldable lift up drawer and show people how the electricity is working and causing the game and score board to activate. I will show this because I would like to show the science behind my project and prove that the electricity I’m using can work and will work.
hey lauren, good idea, i am sure that kids will enjoy it and find it very fun. i am wondering just how you are going to build the hockey table, scoreboard and what kind of switch you are going to use. anyway, good idea.
